> Robust authentication, authorisation and access controls
incorporated into the application ensures that customers
can only access their own data.
> Chinsay leverage the strongest encryption to protect customer
data and communications, including 128-bit SSL Certification
and 1024 Bit RSA public keys. Users will notice "https" in the
browser, which indicates that data is fully shielded from access
while in transit.
> All Internet communication to the Recap Manager system is
routed through firewalls to prevent unauthorized access
and attempts to attack the Chinsay servers.
> Backups are made to local drives at an off-site storage
facility. All backups are encrypted. Complete backups are
performed on a daily basis. Daily data is kept for one month
and monthly backups are kept for one year.
