1. Negotiation: All your latest terms, mandatory main terms fields and all major charter party forms, including ASBA and BIMCO forms, are already entered into the Recap Manager. This takes away the risk of misunderstandings early on in the negotiations.
2. CP creation: The producer of a fixture in the Recap Manager, usually the broker, can use proformas or previous fixtures as a basis for new ones, making it fully possible to send a full CP to you in 15 minutes rather than the usual 2-3 weeks.
3. CP validation: The Recap Manager generates a 'Details Recap' which only shows the amendments made to the charter party, highlighted in color and compared to either your original terms or the previous fixture. This means that in order to validate your charter party you are now only required to read perhaps 4 pages instead of 40 - saving you hours with every fixture.
4. Fixture tracking: The Recap Manager 'progress reports' show you at what stage each of your fixtures are - so that you always know what needs to be done to move your business forward.
